Not enough appointment spaces,sometimes no appointments available. Have to contact the surgery too early to try to get an appointment.

Always very difficult to get an appointment, but was seen by Nurse Sandra for a smear test I was very worried before hand as previous smear test was unsuccessful as my cervix is low . Sandra was knowledgeable, friendly , gentle and just overall lovely .Thankyou.

It is so difficult to get an appointment it makes it so frustrating when you’re not feeling well. It was much easier when you could book on line.

We do appreciate how difficult it can be but trying to make it easier to get an appointment will definitely help.
